Cotillion Series: 
- 5 classes incorporating etiquette followed by dance instruction. The final class is a dinner dance.

- We also have room for after school volunteers. Age 13+, we cannot yet sign off on community service hours. But these individuals would be dropped off by a parent & help us run different aspects of the farm and learn various skills.

Learn to dance with the professionals at Florida School for Dance Education
- Florida School for Dance Education has an open-enrollment program for children ages 2–11 that promotes discipline, creativity and a love for dance while encouraging each child to reach their highest potential. Classes focus on building a solid foundation in technique with an emphasis on proper placement and safe progressions of movement while remaining sensitive to the developmental needs of younger dancers.
