Urban Air Wellington Camp

Junior Marine Biologist Summer Camp
Loggerhead Marinelife Center’s summer camp programs are interactive, educational and stimulating. Each camp is geared towards children ages 6* through 17. Students participating in the Jr. Marine Biologist summer camp program will gain an understanding of various nature-related topics such as (but not limited to) ecology and marine biology, with an emphasis on conservation. Lion Country Safari Day Camp 2019:
Safari Day Camp 2019 allows campers ages 6-12 to learn about wildlife and wild places in a fun yet educational way. Cost includes daily lunch and snack, a T-shirt, cap, and water bottle, admission, and all activities. Price is $290.00 per week, per camper; a $20 per week discount is given for annual passholders, and a $10 per week discount is available for campers who are registered by mid-March, 2019. The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts Camps
ArtsCamp will be held June 3-21. ArtsCamp is an innovative, three-week summer camp that provides 80 young artists with a working knowledge of what it takes to bring a show from an idea to reality. The program offers an intensive performing arts approach that focuses on dramatic composition and performance for students ages 9-11. No audition required. The cost is $675. The Broadway Artists Intensive Junior will be held June 24-28. Taught by the same professional Broadway faculty as the more demanding, by-audition-only 3-week The Broadway Artists Intensive, the Junior program allows students ages 9-13 to study all areas of the performing arts, with daily classes in ballet, jazz, tap, vocal technique, acting and improvisation. No audition is required. The cost is $399 if registered by April 1, 2019 and $450 afterwards. No audition is required. The Broadway Artists Intensive returns for its eighth year at the Kravis Center. The Broadway Artists Intensive is a three-week, advanced musical theater training program for ages 14-21 and will be held weekdays July 8-27. Auditions for this program will be held on Sunday, March 10. Students unable to attend the auditions in person may also submit a video audition. Registration to audition is now open. Broadway Artists Intensive $1650, dormitory and meal plans available. The Broadway Artists Intensive classes will be taught by an all-Broadway faculty. This award-winning program allows each participant a hands-on experience helping local non-profit agencies with community service projects. Participants should bring sunscreen and a hat, as many projects will be outdoors. Each day they will earn at least 6 hours of community service. Unleash your inner Spielberg! Film making crews work together with a REAL film maker to create a stop-motion animation film that is sure to rival the works of Hollywood’s most talented. Small crews will storyboard, script, build, design, capture and add sound effects, titles, voices and music, culminating in your own action-packed, dramatically inspired comedy (or whatever you choose your movie to be about!) Participants will also learn how to market their films by creating a website, social media posts and movie posters. Family and friends will enjoy a red-carpet film festival on Friday afternoon from 3-4pm and participants will receive a chaptered USB key with their film on it. All materials are included. “Fizz”ical Science (a Mad Science Camp) What’s the mystery all about? Find out in this camp all about cool chemistry. We’ll explore the basics of chemistry with some radical reactions and slippery slime! Want to know who stole the ice cream? Become a detective and use evidence and clues to catch the crook. After we’ve fingerprinted the felon with our own Personal Profiler, we’ll celebrate by making and eating our own ice cream! It will be a blockbuster summer at The Director’s Cut with our NEWLY designed film workshop. Use GO PRO ACTION cameras, HD cameras and the latest digital equipment and hardware to film and edit your next big block-buster. Participants will storyboard, write a script, learn all about camera angles and cinematography, before filming and editing their movies. Participants will also design web pages, social media feeds, posters and trailers to advertise their upcoming movies. Family and friends will enjoy a red-carpet film festival on Friday afternoon from 3-4pm, and participants will receive a chaptered USB key with their film on it. All materials are included

This violin string camp is specifically designed for younger students with limited or no experience. We boast a low student-to-teacher ratio with certified music instructors and a short recital on the final day of camp. Calling all chefs! PBG is offering a half-day cooking camp similar to popular TV programs. Each afternoon we will have a delicious cooking lesson and then all ‘chefs’ will be given a mystery basket to explore and create fun and exciting recipes! We will incorporate nutrition tips, and engaging games in this ‘all about the food’ fun program. Please bring a water bottle or drink. Food will be provided. Campers then spend the day learning new ways of transforming everyday objects into extraordinary works of art, developing their imaginations, problem solving skills, and love for the environment in a fun, hands-on way that is unique to Resource Depot! Every day includes a fun mix of staff-led projects in a variety of themes including collage/assemblage, sculpture, jewelry, drawing/printmaking, and science/engineering. Campers must bring swimsuit, towel and sunscreen on Tuesday. Organized activities start at 9am.

Campers will have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we take a journey into the world of investigation that spies use! Please buy or bring lunch and snacks daily. Let’s explore all the art mediums, including painting, sketching, collage and ceramics. Learn hand building with clay and create pieces using coils, slabs, pinch pots and extrusions. Awaken your body and soul in this invigorating afternoon camp. Classes begin by centering each student with a fun meditation and yoga stretch. We will focus on deep breathing techniques, balance and improving flexibility. The afternoon continues with classes in Jazz, Ballet, Modern, Contemporary, Improvisation & Hip Hop. Campers will also engage in problem solving group activities to build self-esteem and cooperation. Each day will conclude with a cool down and positive affirmations.
